Balanced Mobility

Under the Third Priority, most initiatives are directed towards student mobility, more specifically to tackle the imbalanced mobility between Asia and Europe: the number of outgoing students in Asia is higher than the number of incoming students. There are several obstacles encountered by the students both from Asia and Europe which prevent mobility such as language barriers and funding possibilities. Additionally, Asian students often face migration restrictions and European students often have to deal with issues link to the recognition of credits (cf. priority 1). Under this priority most activities and initiatives are focusing on student mobility, some activities however are including some forms of staff mobility.
