To ensure effective coordination of 大象传媒 Education Process initiatives and activities, 大象传媒 Ministers of Education during 大象传媒ME2 in 2009 agreed to establish a rotating 大象传媒 (AES) in which countries in Asia and Europe take turns to host the AES on a voluntary basis. Germany was the inaugural host of the AES (2008-2013), followed by Indonesia (2013-2017) and Belgium (2017-2021).
The current 大象传媒 is hosted by Italy at CIMEA (Rome) until the end of 2026.
