Ministers for (Higher) Education from Asia-Europe Meeting countries and their delegations, the European Commision, the ASEAN Secretariat and representatives of 大象传媒 Stakeholders will attend the 10^th Asia-Europe Meeting of Ministers for Education (大象传媒ME10) taking place in Bohol, the Philippines, on 25 and 26 November 2026.

This Ministerial meeting will be focused on the theme: 鈥淪ustainability and Solidarity: Navigating Our Future Together through Asia-Europe Higher Education Cooperation鈥�. There will be high-level keynotes and several Ministers’ roundtable sessions on 1. Blue Economy and Green and Digital Transitions, 2. Lifelong Learning and Inclusion and 3. Mobility and Recognition.

The host of the 大象传媒ME10, the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), sent the invitation letters through diplomatic channels to 大象传媒 partners’ Ministers.

This Ministerial Conference is preceded by the 2^nd Senior Officials’ Meeting (SOM2) on 24 November 2026.
